Scope: Structural Design of Windows & Sliding Doors

Client: Dobler Metallbau GmbH

Parametric structural design of pressure plate glazing and structural silicon glazing for approximately 800 sliding door/window elements. Calculations include design of structural silicone, connections and effective stiffness estimation of metal profiles connected with thermal barriers. Extensive optimization approaches were carried out to minimize material waste.
