Scope: Facade Installation Supervision

On-site supervision services during installation of the whole facade. Liaising with other subcontractors to ensure alignment in critical matters related to our scope of work. Quality inspection of facade elements, organizing workers and installation tasks and timeline. The challenges of this project resulted from the massive construction site and the interdependencies with other disciplines of engineering in an international environment dominated by different cultural backgrounds.
