Residential Building, Lörrach, Germany

Structural Design of a complete irregular building in Lörrach, Germany. The building comprises reinforced concrete primary elements along with a timber top floor on each side. A thorough static system development was initiated in order to identify a feasible structural system due to high irregularities of the structure. The earthquake response of the building identified the critical areas and the subsequent loading paths finalized the selected structural system.
