Structural Design of the steel structure constituted by an internal intermediate floor of storage room, two external canopies and the main hall with a crane runaway. The stability of the structure had to be investigated by employing advanced nonlinear finite element simulations to identify the actual behavior of the primary beams under lateral buckling instability while a meticulous and sophisticated approach was exploited to determine the flexural buckling lengths of the main columns.
